1. Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony (mandated by building management) 2. No skis, snowboards, or other snow equipment is to be stored in the unit. The same goes for bikes (bike locker/cage is in the garage). Mandated by building management 3. No ski boots on the carpet. Use the boot tray by the entrance 4. No wet clothes or swimsuits on the couch 5. No pets 6. Dispose of all trash and recycle prior to check-out. The trash chute is down the hall near the elevator 7. Prior to check-out, please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the load before you leave 8. Follow the Check-Out process (in Welcome Binder too) Avoid Surprise Charges 1. Let us know if something breaks and we can discuss whether charges are necessary. We recognize things get old and don’t intend to charge for every little thing, but let us know what happened and we’ll try to work it out. If our post-stay inspection finds something new, it will be more likely that a charge will go through if we don’t have any context. 2. Don’t lose the key cards (you will be charged $125 if we need to request new keys) 3. Don’t lose the parking pass (you get charged $125 to replace those, too) 4. Follow the check-out procedures when your time with us has ended 5. Feel free to ask questions Safety Tips and Instructions The bunk beds are strong, but please be careful climbing up and down and keep kids from jumping on the beds Watch kids on the balcony Only adults should open and close the bedroom windows OUR HOME: How to use it and questions answered Fireplace- Your room features a fireplace for your comfort and the circular control panel is on the wall by the kitchen. To light, locate the thermostat on the wall and turn clockwise. Please do not place any items in front of the fireplace for safety. The Fireplace will be hot, please keep children safe and away from the surfaces. When you want to turn off the fireplace, please be sure to turn the dial counterclockwise all the way. Guest Locker - the guest lockers are located on the first level of the Grand Sierra Lodge near the Conference Center. You would need the unit key card to access the room. This is where your ski equipment goes as the Building HOA does not allow ski equipment in the rooms or common areas. Feel free to bring your own lock. Ski Boots or outdoor footwear - Please do not wear ski boots / shoes with spikes in the unit. We have a boots tray by the entrance to all you a place to take off your snow gear, put your boots under on tray, and hang your coats on the hooks or in the closet. Dishwasher - nothing unusual here, just drop in a dishwasher pod or a scoop of dishwasher detergent from under the sink, close the door, lock the dishwasher, and hit one of the applicable settings. Television - All televisions are connected to Chromecast and the internet, so if you have a Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, or other similar account, you may be able to connect to these accounts via the TV apps. Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Center, and Game Room - there are several common area facilities spread around the resort. You will need your key card to get into all of these common area amenities, including the game room. If other questions come up that are not addressed, please let us know and we can help you out. Also, this allows us to update this manual to be ready for your next stay and our other future guests. Lastly, if you believe our unit is missing something that would be helpful, we would love to get that feedback as well.

Guests have full access to the two-bedroom condo as well as the shared amenities from the Village such as a heated pool, jacuzzi, gym, game room, and media room.
